It's not just about recording...
...it's about success
Recording
No one knows this better than Jupiter Studios who has earned the reputation of being a premier
audio recording studio for musicians, not only in the St. Louis
area, but also around the country. But great gear is not enough, you can find that in a the basement of a spoiled rich kids house who has not talent, just a bunch of toys. So there is SO much more to our story than just a what we do. It is HOW we do it.
As your versatile, one-stop recording shop, Jupiter...

Tracking
Whatever it is you want to record, we can do it. From a single Hip Hop voice with a two track beat, to a full 8 piece rock, or funk band, or even a choir. We have everything you need to help you and guide you through the process. If you are an expert, we will let you take control, if your just getting started, we can push the buttons and help you get your song just the way YOU like it. If you are a singer songwriter, we can even play the parts for you with original music production. Our engineers are friendly, kind, but educated professionals with the same passion for music YOU have.

Mixing
After you get done tracking at Jupiter, or even if you recorded your stuff at home, or another studio, we are happy to help you turn your trax into magic. It takes a very special ear to mix, and we-got-em. So bring us your trax so we can mix you with radio and broadcast quality.

Mastering
Yes! We do mastering! And we do it well!
A lot of people ask, what mastering is. Well, if we were to compare it to building a chair, the song you wrote would be the design on paper, the recording of the trax would be gathering all the wood and cutting it to the proper size, the mixing would be putting it all together, glue, stain and nails. The final step in your fine furniture would be the varnish and polish, packaging and shipping container, to get it ready for the store. That is what mastering does. I polishes and packages your song for the radio or any speaker. We do things like, make it sound smoother, bigger, louder and of course make sure all the songs on your CD are the same volume, the proper order, and the right song spacing. |
